• A standard property includes: a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, an office, a bathroom, a basement, a garage, an attic, and outdoor spaces (garden, patio, and driveway). For each additional room, a surcharge of €10 (including tax) will apply.

• For properties with a large floor area or special features, a customized quote may be provided.

PRICES ARE PER GAME.

• Payment is made during the visit, directly to the expert, by credit card (all cards accepted via a payment terminal or QR code).

All our rates include tax and cover:

– The expert's travel expenses,

– Completing the full property inspection,

– The illustrated report with annotations and photos,

– Time spent on site and writing the report.
